VICI Golf and Cabot partnered with Channel 13 to design and develop four distinct digital experiences for its premier resort communities across the USA, including Serket, Grand Bear, Chariot Run and Cascata. Each site had to reflect the unique identity and lifestyle promise of its club, engage affluent prospects, and support lead generation across a consistent yet flexible digital platform.

Approach

We began by exploring the unique identities of each club, ensuring that every site reflects its character and lifestyle. The design focuses on immersive visuals and clear user journeys that guide visitors toward key actions such as visits and inquiries. By combining intuitive structure with premium aesthetics, we created digital experiences that feel distinct for each property while maintaining a cohesive brand presence across each property.

Digital Framework

We developed a flexible, component-based infrastructure that powers four custom websites designed to meet each club’s specific business needs and conversion goals. Shared design elements deliver efficiency and consistency, while allowing each site to operate independently so team members can manage content on their own. The framework is mobile-first, SEO-optimized, and built for scalability, enabling extended functionality, seamless content updates, and tailored web experiences that drive results for each property.
