Job Purpose:

As a Full-time, Intermediate Art Director you will work in collaboration with our creative directors, designers, copy team, web developers, and strategic partners to bring both B2B and B2C projects to life for new and existing brands. From initial idea phase to final execution you will be leading projects directly with clients, including presenting campaigns and concepts.

We are seeking applicants with over five years of experience in art direction and branding with a strong portfolio featuring a range of brand identity, campaigns, concepts, and art direction. Art directors are expected to stay current with industry standards and trends to create both innovative and timeless campaigns and/or brands, as well as align with our internal and client branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects and client communication
  • Develop insights, concepts, and big picture campaign ideas
  • Work with creative directors, copy writers, and other team members to create compelling brands, campaigns, websites, collateral including client presentations, email campaigns, social media campaigns, web assets, print campaigns OOH, and more.
  • Create key creative, and rationale and present to clients
  • 5+ years agency experience in art direction or graphic design
  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or relevant area of study
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in Adobe XD, After Effects, Adobe Premier, CSS an asset
  • Strong portfolio of relevant campaigns and concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Ability to work with clients and lead projects
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and leadership skills
