Overview

Aspen Shores is a destination residential resort community in Meaford, Ontario, nestled along the shoreline of the Georgian Bay. Envisioned as a four-seasons lifestyle address, it comprises three mid-rise condominiums and a five-star hotel, bringing elevated design and hospitality to an already stunning natural setting.

Channel 13 was engaged to develop the brand strategy, naming, visual identity, and integrated marketing program—positioning Aspen Shores as a rare opportunity for waterfront living in a year-round resort destination.

Strategy

Our strategic approach began with a simple truth that Aspen Shores wasn’t just another development. It was a rare opportunity to create a true resort residential community. We named the community and crafted a brand vision that positioned it as a four-seasons destination, rooted in the beauty of Georgian Bay. This idea extended far beyond design and shaped decisions around amenities, interiors, and architectural tone. By articulating a bigger story early on, we gave the developer a framework to align every detail with a unified vision.

Space Branding

The brand vision extended into the physical experience of the presentation centre. In partnership with Create Design & Co., we helped shape everything from materiality and texture to signage, scale model displays, and interactive moments. The result was a space that offered a tactile preview of life at Aspen Shores—serene, sophisticated, and unmistakably Georgian Bay.

Content

Our content strategy focused on capturing the year-round beauty of Meaford and the surrounding region, positioning Aspen Shores as a true four-seasons residential playground. In partnership with Norm Li, we art directed a suite of animated renderings that seamlessly blended into our storytelling, bringing the vision of the community to life with cinematic impact. Alongside these, we created a series of films to tell the various stories of Aspen Shores, with each one revealing a different layer of lifestyle, location, and aspiration. Together, these visuals became the cornerstone of the marketing program, balancing product and place to create a compelling narrative.
