Dream.ca is the digital home of Dream, one of Canada’s leading real estate companies, bringing its diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use communities together within one cohesive experience.
Working closely with Dream’s internal team, we rebuilt the website around their evolving digital needs, improving performance, usability and scalability while establishing a stronger digital foundation. Our approach began with understanding how Dream’s digital presence needed to support both the business today and its plans for the future. In close collaboration with their internal team, we created a faster and more intuitive website while establishing a flexible framework that could evolve alongside their portfolio, teams and broader digital needs.
Custom CMS Architecture
We developed a purpose-built CMS around the way Dream’s team works, making it easier to manage projects, property highlights, investor updates and other time-sensitive content independently. The result is a more efficient publishing experience that gives internal teams greater control while reducing reliance on ongoing development support.
Digital Infrastructure & Growth
The rebuild established a scalable digital foundation that extends beyond Dream.ca. Our ongoing work with Dream includes supporting and evolving their digital infrastructure, migrating and developing additional websites, introducing new capabilities and helping their digital ecosystem adapt as business requirements change.
