Overview

Identifying the need for a brand that would resonate with Toronto’s historic Leslieville neighborhood, we created an eclectic and contemporary identity for a boutique condo. Inspired by the theme of ‘balance’ and Leslieville’s Victorian heritage, the brand seamlessly integrated the building’s modern design with the neighborhood’s character.

Collaborating with the developer, architect, and interior design team, we crafted a vision that authentically fit into the community. From the brand identity to a suite of marketing materials, we equipped the sales team with assets required to effectively showcase the project.

The result was a thoughtful brand that captured the essence of Leslieville and elevated the project’s appeal.
