Kettlebeck, a multi-disciplinary home builder, partnered with us to create a rebrand that supports their design-driven values and future growth. At the heart of this transformation was a bold and modern “K,” establishing a cohesive identity across all touchpoints.

We developed a comprehensive brand guide, a sub-brand system with naming conventions for their communities, and a website that showcases their intelligent positioning through a unique and immersive form experience. Authentic storytelling was brought to life through photographer Michelle Yee, who captured real Kettlebeck homeowners, and a short film that shared the brand’s authentic outlook on home. Together, these elements position Kettlebeck as a leader in delivering extraordinary homeownership experiences.
